Had the best experience buying my new car. I had a quick look online before I went in to test drive the car I was interested in. Raymond was so informative with all the details before buying and when picking up my new car, he took his time in explaining all the different features and buttons inside the car. This was really beneficial as I have previously gotten in to a new car at a different company and had no idea what I was doing.. But with my new car, i have so much knowledge of the car already! Brilliant service. Salesman Raymond Reid was very helpful in helping me choose my new car as I was torn between two. He was also great at running through the functions of my new car and took his time to explain how everything worked. Great test drive experience as they give you plenty of time to take car out along a planned route, that allows you to test car on country roads and faster roads. Staff where all friendly and approachable, and I never felt under pressure to make any hasty decisions, Raymond took his time to get different quotes for my budget, and I managed to get a great deal on trading in my old car. Would definitely buy again from this garage, highly recommend.

Brilliant to work with. Raymond Reid was incredibly knowledgeable, really took note of my requirements and found me a car that was exactly what I (both) wanted and needed. I’m not especially clued up on cars and was finding the whole car shopping experience a bit of a minefield, but Raymond was very upfront with me about the pros and cons of the different models I was considering, explained the specifications clearly and what sort of features and policies I would and wouldn’t need for my lifestyle, rather than try force a sale. Really put my needs as a customer first and foremost (which hadn’t been my experience ant some of the other dealerships I was looking into) and the customer service has been excellent from the start. Much appreciated, and thanks again to Raymond who made buying my car a straightforward and enjoyable experience for me.
