Great friendly service very reasonably priced

Sent 3 pairs of curtains via a agent in annan to this shop they all came back damaged rings missing or cut off and wedged back on. When dealing with complaint refused to pay for damage and were to be fair nothing but rude out of pocket now on curtains won't advise anyone to use this company or their agents poor work and service

Only show in town when it comes to dry cleaning. Always take my suits here and receive a friendly welcome regardless of staff member. Highly recommend

Took a tie in to be dry cleaned, the woman behind the counter said it was too much hassle. When I asked if there was anything I could do she just said rub “something” on it. Terrible service

Travelled all the way up from the south coast of England to my cousin’s wedding. My kilt was filthy from its last outing (completely forgot I rolled down a muddy hill) so by chance I find this place and they promptly sorted my kilt out last minute before the wedding! Excellent service. Not sure I’ll be up in Dumfries again anytime soon but I would highly recommend to anybody who is.

I rarely let rudeness get to me but I have just collected my ironing from Annan Road dry cleaners. They had initially washed my already -washed -and -dried -clothing instead of ironing it .I then went to collect it only to be told it had been washed ( still not ironed). I politely said I would return today to collect it ironed as requested . I was then told by the female member of staff it was me who had been incorrect and that I had asked for a ‘dry’ - my clothes were already washed and dry!! Her manner was rude and unprofessional to a customer who had already had one wasted trip to collect her ironing . This kind of treatment of a customer is not acceptable .

Fabulous job on the covers of a three piece suite. Kevin gave us expert advice on the best cleaning method. The covers were delivered back home this morning just damp enough to stretch them back on the suite again. They'd been laundered yesterday and hung up to partially dry. With years of grime removed, the covers look like new and they went on with no more difficulty that it took to remove them (tight fitting covers). Thank you!

Handed in some heavily soiled clothes and they were returned looking and smelling great. Paid by card and received a friendly service. Highly recommend.

Service was great! Very friendly reliable and great price! Kevin and the girls worked wonders on my wedding dress and 4 bridesmaids dresses. They were covered in drink and dirt when I dropped them off and tbh I thought there was no saving them but on collection they were spotless! Could not fault.
