It is a large shop with a big selection of different item. Staff are polite and always willing to help. If they don't have it in the shop, they will definitely have what you are looking for on their website.

Went in to get a new mobile phone. Was a bit apprehensive as it always seems to be hassle. I was served by Mitch he was very helpful had a good product knowledge we found the phone that suited me he moved the date from the old to the new at a very small cost £5 . It was all in under an hour. Best change over from old phone to new ever. ( I've had a few ). Mitch was a pleasure to deal with he is an absolute credit to your company.

Just called in to buy a new TV for a bedroom. I liked it because I wasn't leapt upon by salesmen as soon as I walked through the door. ( If I need to ask anything I will find one myself). Very good.

Huge space with lots of display items. Lots of kettles and toasters to choose from which is good. Reasonable price as well although not all items are the cheapest but if you like to see and touch before you buy this is the place especially tech items.

Went 25.02.2022 to look at a fridge freezer. Also looked at washer/dryers, not as much choice. Lots of choice for fridge freezers and other white goods. A very spacious store. Lots of staff not really doing much but seemed keen to help if we wanted it.Would return after researching online online.

Went here to purchase a couple of small kitchen appliances. Found what I was after quick enough , but waited for around for 10 minutes or more looking for someone to serve me. Eventually got served and sorted, which didn't take long, but some of the staff seemed uninterested in serving or to help with questions.

I am utterly disgusted by your customer service! I ordered a tv and paid next day delivery for it and it came a week later and it arrived yesterday smashed inside the box and I’ve now got to wait another week to get a replacement! This is absolutely unacceptable! I have to get my mum to come over as I can’t lift it and we waited all afternoon yesterday for it to turn up and when it did it was smashed! You should be ashamed of yourselves for treating customers like this! I rang curry’s after I found it was smashed and they said I would only have to wait 24 hours before another one would arrive but you have said it can’t come until the 14th December, it’s ridiculous! I will be making bad reviews on your website, google and all over my social media which how poorly you have treated me! I shouldn’t have to wait another week to get my tv delivered! I also paid for next day delivery and it came a week later which yes you have refunded but it’s not the point! I am disabled and waiting to have major surgery on my back, I live in my bed and now I haven’t got my tv that my dad treated me to! I’m so angry and upset that you would treat someone like this! You should get better delivery drivers that have respect for people’s possessions!

Absolutely fantastic time at Currys (Sweet Briar Industrial Estate). Fantastic staff and very good stock on display. We bought the American Hisense Fridge Freezer which was delivered pretty quickly. I must say I am impressed with the delivery men, considering how narrow the doors were. They managed to fit it in. Thank you all for a wonderful job. See you soon.

Everything was fine when I bought something. Unfortunately, a young boy sold it to me, and it was not compatible with my TV. When I had to return it, the woman was quite hostile, and I will never go there again.
