Very safe, nice and still friendly. My last visit to kilburn library was in 2019 pre covid. It really feel good to go back and touch books, the smell of papers. The silence of the place. Awesome experience, for a lover of reading like me, I am back. And I am bringing all my ducklings.

The building is very nice with a lot of daylight and potential but the space isn't utilised well. There's a lot of space that could accommodate more people. There wasn't much effort to keep visitors quiet especially in the study area which is disappointing and the alarm kept going off every 20-30 mins. It was very distracting, not what I'd expect from a library. The location is great if you want to step out for lunch with a M&S food nearby a great fish and chip shop(Mr Fish) as well as lots of cafés.

A pleasant library that is well utilised by locals. Use of toilet on site. Position of computers not great and layout of library could be better. I would recommend a visit.

Kilburn Library is more than just a place to read; it's a place to grow, connect, and discover. I highly recommend it for its extensive resources, friendly staff, and the sense of community it fosters. It's a valuable asset for the neighbourhood.

It is one of my favorite location library , very convenient surrounded with facilities.Although the staff is very ignorant , the quiet area is always occupied by kind of a stitching knitting etc club members which is never quiet ! Study area is ok ,but again loud people on the phone without any warning from the staff :( I noticed a young alert woman recruited,so fingers crossed ! I will recommend grabing headphones if you pop in for studying ...

I love this library, all my 4 kids love coming to get books. At ages of 24,23,18 and 13 years. The staff are so kind, helpful, sweet and iI have been at the knitting and crochet group for over 10 years now.People complain we are too noisy but we were put in the Quite Study Area after covid. We tell the students sorry as we are a crochet/ knitting class and we talk and help each other. And the students don't mind.People who complain about us please tell us where we need to go????There is no room for us and we are only 1 day a week for a few hours.Thank you.

I went to Kilburn library 2 days in a row for the 1st time and although I was not able to print from my phone or their pc, the customer service I received on both days from different staff members was priceless. Polite and professional at all times was a pleasure to see and receive. Thank you staff members for all your help and support.

First up - a library in a posh but poor borough receiving poor reviews from folks who have made mistakes and have a total lack of understanding of what a community space and library is now. IF they were to accept that this resource is a valuable and important part of the local community maybe they could understand that staff are not there to clean up and sush people. But to provide a space the allows as many users to enjoy it as possible. A hard thing to balance
