Bought two small windows from this company as they were reasonably priced and Manny claimed they'd be delivered in five days. Was still waiting two weeks later. They finally arrived, with the wrong glass and a bag of excuses.Manny assured me he'd make it up to me if I made future orders.Called him few weeks later to do just that. Said he'd call me back to schedule a measure....which he never did and ignored messages sent to his mobile.I think I dodged a bullet from this cowboy outfit. Avoid, if professionalism and reliability are high on your list of priorities.

I arranged to have window replaced they went to measure up. Everytime I've been in there for the last 4 weeks the boss is never there and don't reply to my texts or calls. Absolutely appalling service would not recommend at all. I've since found another company that have resolved the problem for me in same e day. If you want any glazing done I wouldn't call quality windows London

I had my windows and door fitted, didn’t get any paperwork, keys for windows. Terrible customer service.

Excellent service, friendly people, and reasonable price.I ask for one window (supply only)- it took 24 hours to build while every other company saying it will take up to one month to build, and it was 20% cheaper than what I been quoted for – defiantly use them again! Highly recommended

Appalling customer service. Would have given no stars. Looking at earlier reviews things look like they have really gone downhill. Went into the shop last week as keen to support local businesses at this time and arranged for a visit to replace a double glazed window that had blown. Agreed the price, date and time. So today was the day 10.00 am came and went and not no-one turned up and no phone call. Rang the shop and a very uninterested gentleman answered and just asked for my details and then said 'oh yeh no-one is coming today Well thanks for letting me know!! I had gone to a great deal of trouble to prepare the room and any work persons safety given the current challenges. Had to push the conversation to get a very reluctant and insincere apology. Cancelled the arrangement as I would never have trusted that a good job would be done if they ever did turn up. Would not recommend as basically really rude behaviour and very poor business attitude."

Although the quote I got was £30 cheaper than an earlier one I got from a different company, he never bothered to call me back. I have read similar reviews here so decided to turn up at the shop in person to show I'm serious. I gave measurements and showed the staff a picture of the window I needed replacing, the staff then phoned the boss and gave me the price, instructed his staff to check if my house is nearby, after agreeing Grove Park is close enough for him, my details were taken so that he could call me to arrange a date for exact measurement. He never did, waited over two weeks. I went back to the first company and told them about the lower quote I got, they agreed to match it. At least something good came out of it.

Like many others have reported, despite making a date for them to come up measure up they did not show. Called them a week or so later and was told they will call me back but no one did. Have gone elsewhere now, strange business practice.

My parents were really excited and looking forward to having their windows measured and fitted by this company but on the day of measuring, no one turned up, nor did they receive a call to explain why they couldnt make it. I called the number on the business card given and got no answer on both land line or mobile so its thumbs down from me. Very poor customer service. Thankfully no money had been exchanged

I had was very happy with the quote they gave me and the work they did it was beyond my expectations.I would suggest you to look for MANNY who would give you the best price in town.Definitely recommending them to get your windows upgraded and fitted.Thank you guys keep up the good work.

Mani is an honest guy. He appreciated my patience and did a great job really. I would recommend him definitely!
