There was an unpleasant smell in the middle section of the ground floor walkwaySmelt like sewage.Breakfast was good.Customer service could be a bit more courteous.

Good location. We chose this as being dog friendly however we were told that dogs weren’t allowed into the bar/restaurant. So we bought a takeaway and had that in the room. Same with breakfast. Room clean and not too noisy.

Unfortunately next to a room with young children who ran back and forth between rooms well past 10pm.The bed was comfortable but this couldn’t be said for the pillows having registered the car in advance and checked with reception on collecting the room pass was upset to receive a £100 parking fine and are now having to appeal with someone who will just want to make money.

Services are always busy with most people total ignoring the no entry sign at the entrance with many 'near misses'People also abuse disability bays and just park in the spaces to pop to the loo!Worst thing really, toilets are pretty much as far as you can go one side of the entrance, bloody annoying when you don't walk well. On a positive note toilets were clean but sanitary bins needed emptying

WORST HOTEL EVER!!!!! You call yourself a hotel? The bathroom is full with mold and hairs. And I haven’t even talked about the beds. There were blood stains on the bedding. The mattress protector was covered with stains. We also had to wait 45 MINUTES OUTSIDE IN THE COLD to get the key for our room. When we complained about our dirty room, they gave us new bedding sheet so we could make our bed ourselves and when we discovered that even our mattress protector was dirty, he said ‘that is why we don’t let our guests make the bed, we always cover it with a mattress cover’: so with other words: I can say for 100% sure that all their beds are like this. I wouldn’t wish this upon my worst enemy. It was way past midnight when we could get some ‘sleep’ before abruptly getting woken up by banging sounds from the room upstairs. They have not compensate us in any way, they simply do not care. DO NOT GO HERE! (We have added a glimpse of some photos we took)

We were in a so-called “Executive room”. Despite this, we did not expect much and were not really surprised of the furniture. But the room was cold and only with an electric heater to help us. (In case it was summer, only a fans and no A/C). We spent there two nights. When we came back at the end of the second day the room was not done. I went to see the manager who wanted to give me a clean set of towels (that I did not need) and pretended that they do not do the service every day. It was impossible to have any solutions other than towels that we did not need.Nowhere in their website I could find that the service was somehow “on-demand”. Regrettable!

First time that I have stayed in this hotel, location very good for my trip. Service very helpful and the room was basic but good value as £100 cheaper than my normal chain hotel group.Food was available and well presented. Would consider using again if matching my location.

We stayed here for 3 nights.Value for money is exceptional!!!! About £130 for 3 nights. Great location, with Oxford and surrounding areas easily accessible. Would definitely recommend and stay again.The breakfast was beautiful and the staff worked very hard.When we arrived I noticed that the plug was jammed in our room, so we couldn't use the sink. We reported it and the reception staff offered to move us. We went to the room we were offered which was just awful!!!! Looked dirty, very old, no air conditioning and a clunky fan. It was so hot and stuffy we said we would stay in the original room if they could fix the sink.We stayed and in the 4 days no one came to fix the sink, after we reported it several times. Very poor. We had to wash our hands in the shower and use an empty water bottle to keep emptying the sink!!Toilet seat was also completely broken.Not the cleanest of places. I don't think anyone has taken the attachment off of the hoover for months and done the edges of the rooms and corridors. See photos!! Yuk.That said, it was cheap and the bed was so comfy, so we would stay again, but sort your hoovering and maintenance out!!!
