Kelly has looked after our dog for past 4 years or so - although he never looks forward to going (nervous type) he always comes out looking great! Thanks Kelly!

After months of searching for the perfect groomer to groom our cavalier King Charles we found Kelly, wow!!! I was nervous I didn’t want him shaved Kelly immediately said I don’t clip cavs unless asked instantly put my mind at rest that Kelly knew exactly how to groom a cav and with her years of experience with them our dog came out exactly how I wanted him I just said Kelly your the professional and just over the moon with him, Kelly you are spot on so glad we found you thank you

My wire haired fox terrier Stanley has been going to kelly for the last 3 years , Stanley hates to be groomed even brushed , but every visit to this lovely lady he comes out looking dashing and happy , Kelly has a a lovely nature and is very professional to , giving good advice , nothing but praise here .

This is the first time we have used a dog groomer and I am thoroughly pleased that we asked Kelly and her team to look after our border terrier Tinky who, as you can see from the before and after photo, was very shaggy and in need of a makeover!From the very start, we were highly impressed with Kelly who is clearly very passionate,extremely knowledgeable and highly skilled. Kelly asked to see Tinky for a consultation and gave us a quote which was very reasonable. There is a particular skill in grooming border terriers and we were sure that she would be in safe hands.We took the dog down a few weeks later and we very pleased with the groom which was followed two days later with a wash and final tidy up.Tinky is transformed and ready for another hot summer (we hope!)All in all, I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Kelly.

Kelly is fantastic with our dogs, they are chihuahuas so can be a bit difficult, they always come out with wagging tails and a brilliant hair cut.

Kelly really knows her stuff. Very knowledgeable and my dogs always come out looking great!

unfortunately not impressed , firstly booked in a puppy package for £20 because we had a advance booking for 6 weeks , this then turned to £30.Asked to be cut short on the body but to keep the character in the face and to keep the curls on the top of her headTurned up to not only the extra £10 added but also the dog cut short everywhere, so now our lovely girl looks like a male dog. Not what was asked. Went completely off script. Must of been a bad day.Don't like giving bad reviews but this had to be done for there was too many bad points. Looking at the previous reviews all being good I think it must of been a bad day and very rushed.

Archie Poodle been going to Kelly for the past 5 1/2 years and I can’t speak highly enough of the salon. Kelly is very professional and always takes the utmost care with her clients and their furry friends and I have no hesitation in highly recommending the salon.
