Went for a look round as I had heard a lot about this place. Nice quiet area but could do with better signage as had to enquire were to go .

Not been here for over 20 years used to go as a kid just started taking fishing back up so I thought I'd try it been neglected a bit a lot of algie and first half hour was pulling out old line and branches needs improvement I would go again but the pond needs to be improved first if it gets a bit more TLC it be a lovely spot to fish

KJS is a place with great scenery and 3 ponds with 2 of good sizes.Caught 5 beautiful size carp in double figures in the top carp.Friendly owners.But no toilet facilities,Personal final thoughts...Great fishing at £7Nice outlay of ponds.And sad to say Could do with a tidy up Little over grown.

Excellent ponds with some cracking fish had good days fishing there very peaceful only down side pegs are run down and some what unsafe and water levels bit low but once these things are put right I'd rate it very highly definitely will be returning in the near future and I'd recommend you give it a go

Really great place.I fish the carp pond and always catch a decent carp either floating bait or bottom baits.Owner is great and very friendly. I have a permit here and will be doing next year.

Great place for a days fishing. We had some decent carp out of the bottom lake. Lovely and quiet.The layouts a bit confusing if you haven't been before

It's not an easy fishery like the commercials but if you work at it you can get results. Sometimes I might only get 3 or 4 fish on a day session. This session managed 10 carp for just under 50lb. Biggest 8.16, smallest 2.96. Have had several double figure carp over last 3 years. Alex the owner is making great efforts, pruning vegetation and installing new platforms.
