Leek Hearing Centre

I was seen at late notice, and found that the staff all provided an excellent, friendly, professional service. Highly recommended if you are having hearing difficulties.

I'm a bit late posting this review but better late than never! I was very apprehensive about the appointment but Lisa was so friendly and helpful, she put me at ease and I would recommend a visit to anyone worried about their hearing - even if it's just to put your mind at rest.

I am so pleased I have purchased my hearing aids from Leek Hearing, the Customer Service they provide is second to none. The care and attention that Clare and her team provide is amazing, they are very welcoming and friendly. I am so pleased I decided to drop Boots Hearing as my provider. I was very anxious as first time for suction treatment, but staff were fantastic. Highly recommended.

I was desperate as I had a blocked ear and am going on holiday next week, so I called in on an off-chance that Clare could fit me in. She was fully booked but on seeing my distress she offered to irrigate my ear there and then. In 10 minutes it was all done and dusted and I feel so relieved! She really went the extra mile and I would recommend her any time.

Absolutely amazing and affordable ! I had to have 2 appointments due to the wax in my ear being very solid !! But only got charged the second time which is amazing ! The service they provide is painless and professional. I have now regained hearing in my right ear !Thanks again guys

My experience on 19/06/2023:1. Phone call to Leek Hearing Centre at 11:00 and made an appointment for 12:30 on that day.2. Nice welcome by the receptionist, Lisa D.3. Met Lisa H, the consultant, and as her work progressed I had a full commentary and was shown the evidence between the tweezers.4. Paid the bill.5. Back at home by 13:40.6. Really impressed with the service at Leek Hearing Centre. I had a blocked right ear and partially blocked left ear for a few weeks. After finding them online on Sunday, I dropped them a message requesting an urgent appointment. I was expecting a response early in the week but received a response via a phone call on Sunday afternoon and booked an appointment for the Tuesday morning. Very impressive!On the morning of my appointment, front of house (apologies, I forgot the name), immediately put me at ease with general conversation and then about myself. I was taken to Sarah, the practitioner who again listened with interest and immediately diagnosed my issue in both ears. My right ear was so full that wax had attached to my ear drum. Lisa was consulted and they made the decision to irrigate my right ear to clear of wax. All of this was done within 20 minutes and maximum care. I was so at ease there as they explained what they were doing and why.I will visit at least twice a year to get checked out from now on and I highly, highly recommend this place. I really remain grateful to all at Leek Hearing Centre for seeing me at such short notice. I cannot recommend them enough. My ear had been causing me problems for a few days, and my hearing became very poor - accompanied by dizziness and tinnitus. I rang to book an appointment and they managed to fit me in two days later at such short notice. The process used for ear wax removal was extremely quick and painless. I was constantly reassured throughout the whole process- and shown video footage. Bradley took time and patience in listening to my concerns - and fixing the issue for me. I finally have my hearing back, and I could not be more thankful. From the second I walked through the door I was made to feel welcome, at ease, and reassured by both the lady at reception and Bradley who sorted my ear. I would 10000% recommend.
