Decent sized store, it was a bit chaotic when went, the lift was out of order when we got there, but was still being used by staff, which was annoying!It meant that I couldn’t take the kids upstairs, both kids needed changing but I couldn’t take them up the escalators, staff showed no sympathy, basically it’s tough, however manager was sympathetic and said she’d deal with it.Staff would just leave the tills at random intervals which led to huge queues!

Very well set store with good value products. It also incorporates some of the Wilko brands as well. It would have been 5 star however the girl on the till seemed to have no personality just scanning through with no thought of the customer as she was piling the products up and had to be asked 3 times for bags before she acknowledged by which time there was no room on the counter making it difficult to pack over £140 worth of goods . It costs nothing to at least acknowledge the customer and making some eye contact

Prices are decent and there is a huge range of products, some are pretty cheap and nasty but they are easy to walk past.The most difficult bit is the unorganised nature of the shop, products are scattered everywhere and the majority are missing prices or on the wrong shelf.

The range is pretty much the shop that has the lot, but on my visit today some isles were blocked solid with pallets etc and Sod’s Law they would be the isles I wanted.

Some managers hired by the range have seemingly no clue on basics like retail law. Bought a product, it was faulty, had the receipt yet still the brilliant manager cluelessly fobbed me off after refusing to give me her name. Too notch accountability. 8 week complaint started and if damages will not be paid, LBA and court.Hope you loose your job over this love ;)
