I had new windows throughout and a composite front door. The salesman was friendly and not pushy at all. The price quoted was very competitive and although I had not heard of the company before, I read a few good reviews so thought it was worth going ahead. The fitters were great and even tidied up after themselves! Fitting my windows was not an easy job as a concrete surround had to be removed in order to make the new windows bigger, the fitters did a fantastic job. Totally professional and friendly service throughout the whole process. Really pleased with the quality of the windows and doors, my house is so much lighter and warmer. We have just had all our windows replaced by Southwest Home Improvements. We chose bottom opening windows, which we are very impressed with as fresh air circulates easily. We recently had new Gutters, facias and soffits fitted by this company. We've recently had gutters and fascia's done and had previously had windows replaced. Really happy with the price, product and service. Couple of small things that the team had to come back to update, which got sorted quickly and efficiently. Really highly recommended.

2022, at the end of November we moved into a property when windows and doors weren't anywhere suitable for winter. Sam and his team made sure we had them installed before Christmas.
