Nice clean little cafe, busy with people coming and going all the time which is always a good sign! Great breakfast and a lovely cup of tea!

Our local caff. Smashing friendly staff. Great breakfast. Love the savoury mince n onion pie when it's on - which is quite regular. Big thumbs up from me.

Staff always great u with a smile as soon as u open the door. Very helpful. Food is nothing but delishes very friendly staff from start to finish if it hungry go get yourself food from here .

Really disappointed today, I've been a good customer for over 10 years regularly buying sandwiches for me and my family. So today I ordered a B.E.S.T and a large ham sandwich for my grandson. While I was waiting I called to a shop and returned soon after, the lady on the cooked section was chatting to a chap she had known. I was left waiting for over 15 minutes. After this time I asked if my sandwich was ready !! I was told the shop was busy I'd need to wait my turn, I'd been waiting over 15 minutes and customer were being served who had arrived after me.After being a good customer this as left me Suprised and shocked. I've always been loyal to mortimers cafe but now I'm more than happy to go elsewhere with how I was treated.

Busy place only have few tables for sitting in. Few steps down into the shop so not recommended for wheelchair uses, but I am sure if you order at the door they would assist. Overall average but I will return.
