Please make sure your staff pay attention when posting things. last week the lady on the till was talking with her colleague and she sent a very important parcel to the wrong address.

When the main post office on Norwich road was closed, we were promised extended opening hours at the co-op, up until 10pm most days. This promise has disappeared and the average working person now struggles to find it open, it even closes for a whole day on Thursday.

Staff are friendly, never have to queue too long to send items off. You just have to watch the opening times to make sure the post counter is open. It deserves to be well supported or we will lose it.

Posted a parcel to my little Grandaughter , who had to pay the postage! As the lady on the til had not any postage on there, cost me £3 and my daughter too. Staff need to pay attention to detail
