Unfortunately google won’t allow a zero star review! Spider-Man didn’t turn up and sent a stand in instead, who didn’t fit the costume didn’t do back flips and had clearly never interacted with children before! “Spider-Man” massaged 4 year old’s shoulders, stayed no more than 10 minutes instead of the 40 minutes promised and then haggled over the price, sending Tony and a tattooed neck man to try to intimidate the birthday boy’s daddy. I just wish I could attach photos to this review!

Booked for kings coranation day. Never let us down. Pricing was better than anywhere else. Nice people. Will highly recommend and use again.

Amazing thank you so much. Mario costume was awesome and so was Mario. The kids loved him. Booked on Tuesday for a Saturday party at the last minute. So pleased we found you guys. Certainly book another character next.

Had a visit from Spider-Man today, who turned up and was a young teenage girl who couldn’t of been older than 14/15 dressed by her dad who owns this company (apparently the real Spider-Man was off sick) You could tell she had no experience and was extremely uncomfortable and was giving 3 year olds massages and making everybody feel uncomfortable. We expressed our concern about paying full price as the service wasn’t what we had booked, Tony was aggressive, took the cash and after less than 5 minutes stormed out and didn’t finish the visit. Very unprofessional and when I messaged to discuss, he removed his full Facebook page.
