Firestorm

Delighted with our new media wall and fireplace. We gave Craig our ideas and he picked exactly the right sized fire for our installation. Adam completed the installation in one day and we're very impressed with the work carried out. The media wall is a complete standout in our living room and i would highly recommend Firestorm.

Fantastic experience with this company, staff where very helpful and really helped with the design process even providing several different mock ups so I could envision what the finished product would look like, couldn’t be happier with the customer service and the fitting team where brilliant as well, they had a few problems on the day but managed to overcome them all, leaving me with exactly what I wanted. Would strongly recommend

Just had Rory here to repair my fire. What a fine young man he is !! The job turned out to be different from what I had described it to be but he was so patient, got a different part and fixed it.I watched him work and he cleaned all the parts and completely serviced it too. Left it looking immaculate. His attention to detail was FABULOUS. Would highly recommend this family orientated company.

Amazing from start to finish! I wish I could give this company 100 stars. From discussion of what we wanted with Craig to completion by Blair and team it couldn’t have gone better. I had previously been to another fire shop in Stirling - communication, installation & after care was appauling from this shop . I decided to go a little further afield to Firestorm in Falkirk - they took everything onboard and worked with my not so straightforward project to put it right. I couldn’t be happier. They went above and beyond! Communication and end finish absolutely incredible! Im so grateful to them. I still need to have the top part re plastered as original plasterer (nothing to do with Firestorm) didn’t use fire resistant materials so the paint is starting to peel. I would highly recommend Firestorm to anyone looking for a fire, installed professionally & safely!

I purchased the studio 3 gas fire about 6 years ago. Decided to change it for a wood burner. When the gas fitter took the fire out he condemned it as inside the was badly rusted. Gazco blames the fitting I don't know but the fire is in the skip. Thanks Firestorm for replying I will give you a update later.To save the confusion, Firestorm sub contractor installed the gas fire the fitter was unprofessional. Purchased the log burner. Firestorm they are still using the same sub contractor never even got a price for installation as I explained to Firestorm I would not have him back in the house.When the log burner got installed the new fitter highlighted so many faults with the way the gas fire was fittedGot in touch with Gasco the fire manufacturer from pictures Firestorm provided they said the fire was not fitted to the manufacturer instructions. Enough said

Really positive experience. Simple and efficient process and for a decent price.

Don’t waste your time or money using Firestorm. Tile fitting a disaster (all tiles to be removed)and they wouldn’t even come to inspect. But happy to take our money, leaving us hundreds out of pocket as we have to find our own tiler and not use a multi trade sub contractor who thinks he can tile. Black spray paint was also used to cover up gaps and in the process got it over our newly finished ceiling. When tiles removed we discovered that the rook was leaking a roofer has identified poor sealing to be the issue. I would also like to add l was told not to bother him again!! Extremely Poor service.
