Crispy shredded beef:3/10Very crispy but tasted like there's no beef inside, just crunchy batter. Sauce was nice and surprised me with hints of orange which balanced the sweet, Umami vibe. Nevertheless, disappointing.Sweet and sour Chicken:1/10.Chicken tasted reheated and stale inside chewy, undercooked batter.Sauce was more vinegary than sweet and texture was foul, glutinous.Almost inedible. 1 out of 10 because the veggies inside were fresh.Stir fried veg:3/10Bland, translucent beige sauce with subtle, unidentifiable flavour.Majority of veg NOT fresh but was packed, so contained a lot of vitamins.£15 total - No free crackers for first time customer,Rude server in person and on telephone.Dirty, untidy inside.Avoid

I have been going to this Chinese for over 20 years and the previous owners were really lovely. When the new people took over it was evident that the guy behind the counter was extremely rude and abrupt. On many occasions I have contemplated about telling him about his appalling customer service skills. This evening I ordered food on the phone and they got my order wrong. When I told the guy he started blaming me!! I order food from there at least once a week and spend an average of £35. He didn't want to change the food I had received and when I said that I would never use there establishment again he said he didn't care!!I will take my business elsewhere in the future.

We love this Chinese, always get loads of salt and pepper prawns and it’s always nice quality. The set meal for two is the best I’ve seen including most popular dishes.

A nice, clean take away place. One of my top3 favourites in the area. We popped in on Friday evening, on the way home from the Coburn pub. Our order was kung pao chicken, egg fried rice and vegetarian noodles. We paid by card. As far as I know, they do not take amex. All dishes were nicely cooked, and safely packaged. Dishes were still warm when we got home, all tasted good and as expected.

Had a terrible experience last night as the food made me sick. The customer service was very off (no ‘hello’ or ‘thank you’) considering no other customers were in there, so I dread to think what it’s like otherwise. I had previously found the food very greasy, but I thought this might be a one off and as I was driving this was the most convenient place for parking.Big mistake. As a local, I want to see local businesses thrive, but I’ve never seen a worse establishment in a better location.I should’ve known when as soon as I ordered he said it’d be 5 minutes. It takes longer to make beans on toast! The rice was so dry, so definitely wasn’t fresh.Wish I’d have paid more attention to other peoples reviews, but again like most of their clientele, it was after 10 and convenient.AVOID.

So rude! Will NEVER try them again!Tells you to call back when you know what you want to eat but no menu available anywhere, don’t have time to speak to you on the phone, sound like you’re bothering them. Will definitely not recommending it!Terrible experience!

I just called up to place an order the man was so rude and huffed and puffed at me as I was ordering I have never experienced such bad customer service would NEVER give this place my money with that appalling attitude.

Hands down the best Chinese take away in East London, in terms of food. Customer service has room for improvement. Usually friendly, but they have been very short and borderline rude on several occasions. If you are placing a straightforward order then there's usually no problem. Biggest let down of this place is that they only accept card orders for pick up orders - cash only for deliveries. Food is brilliant though and worth the occasional attitude of the staff.
