2022. Strong short sighted prescription...I wanted new frames, varifocal, transition ,thinned lenses . 'Chain branches' gave no joy. I was destined for 2 separate pairs of glasses for everyday and for sunny weather...can't be swapping and squinting etc. But Staples found me the lenses I wanted! Patient, professional. 2023 eye test...patient, friendly, informative, approachable.

Brilliant opticians! Family run business, calm, kind and caring - Tracey has the patience of a Saint with my teen trying glasses and contact lenses etc.Recommended, friendly, local option.Parking off street only on one side, or a strict 1hr in Asda car park.

The staff are brilliant, very professional but really go the extra mile to put customers at ease. My eye test was very thorough, and I was helped to chose from a wide range of frames. I am very happy with my experience.

Now a loyal customer of four years - just no need to go anywhere else! Everyone in the team has always made me feel extremely welcome. The service is exceptional, and the expertise is second to none. The equipment they use is leading edge (e.g. OCT scanner is definitely worth including in your eye test). They go out of their way to do the little things that make a huge difference, like tightening a screw, or fitting if something just doesn’t feel quite right). They give you confidence it’s about what you need, and unlike some places, there’s no push to sell you anything. Just really good old fashioned service that now a days is harder to find. Recommend 100%
