Would have given 4 stars if the shower was hot in the morning! Cold showers after a night of partying is not the one!

Booked very last minute, considering the price was very affordable for said booking time, the accommodation is within 10-15 minutes walking distance of the tram and local amenities are plentiful in the area. The reception team, was very courteous and approachable, the rooms in all fairness were really nice and comfortable, spacious and relaxing, I genuinely can't find a fault or a nick pick to criticize in my stay.

Stayed here for one night while in town for a wedding. The rooms are uncomfortable, the living room area had a small uncomfortable sofa that you couldn't relax on and the floor of the room was soaking wet. Complained to staff with no resolution.

Stayed here after visiting rock city, close to what we needed, friendly staff, free room upgrade and the room was lovely. Clean hotel. Couldn't ask for anything else really. Oh and added bonus of a car park! We will be back when we go to our next gig in Nottingham! Thank you

The service here is very professional, welcoming, and most helpful. It's a converted townhouse that has that olde world feel about it without being run down and with contemporary decor and facilities

I stayed here with my 2 friends for the weekend, the room was lovely, nice and clean with facilities suitable for all 3 of us. The lady at the desk was kind and helpful. Location was great with a car park available for guests and a bus stop around the corner to go into the centre which wasn’t too far away. We had a great stay and would definitely stay here again when coming back to Nottingham

This is a wonderful hotel with wonderful staff. I’ve travelled in the UK for Business for many years and this is the best hotel ever stayed in. The building itself is beautiful and full of history, and the staff are absolutely outstanding. I’ll be staying here again, highly recommended!

Lovely building ....room extremely cold on arrival..took a while to warm up..needs a few extras in the bath room....ie. some where to put your toiletries. and towel. and needs a bath mat..friendly staff
