I rented a house with Caxtons and Susan was the property manager at the time. Coming from a terrible experience with Martin and Co, so far Caxtons has been a breeze. All maintenance dealt directly with the landlord and Susan was really thoughful as well.

Moving in was a bit of a hash, no one had told the person working the weekend shift that we were coming but she did her best, we got in and everything was sorted.Since then we have had 2 maintenance issues which were handled very quickly and satisfactorily.All of our communication with Duncan and the rest of the team has been quick, fair, friendly and professional.This is the season for students moving out and Caxtons are busy but they have still found the time to respond to emails on the same day.We are in the process of moving out now and I expect it to go as smoothly as it can, I will update the review if that turns out not to be the case, but I don't expect we will have any issues.All in all we have been very happy in our tenancy and would recommend this agent to anyone who asks.

The Caxtons team have been managing our properties for many years. Duncan Reeves heads up a very helpful team who are on top of property issues. We find they look after the landlords interests whilst at the same time treating the student tenants fairly and encouraging us, as landlords, to do the same.
