A good range of furniture, well stocked. Very helpful salesman Alan, he gave information and then left us too it. Great place to shop, customer care is excellent.

Very warm welcome lovely staff & a very friendly help with what you are looking for. Very good sale offers.No problem with help with me being in an electric powered wheelchair they help me all the time.Very easy access by back door & space for wheelchair to get round full shop. A lovely place & the best furniture shop to buy from never had a problem.95% of my furniture & other items is Shottons & will last for decades. Wouldn't want to go anywhere else

We (my wife and I) popped into Shottens in our lunch hour on the hunt for a new sofa! Shottons did not disapont.!!Alan the salesman was brilliant with different ideas for colours schemes...etc.Matches our rugs perfectly!!When we had decided on a style Alan and the Store Owner Clive said there is no need to wait for delivery we can have the sofa in the showroom as the delivery wait could be until November 2022.To top off the brilliant customer experience Clive said he would deliver the sofa on a non delivery day, because it was our only day off from work.So from going into store to delivery of our fabulous new sofa took 5 days and we could of had it sooner if we'd wanted.Never had this Five Star level of customer service anywhere else !!Thank you Clive and Alan!!

Excellent service, my new bed was put up within 10mins and the lads were lovely and took all the rubbish away! Would use shottons again in future

We were looking for a rise and recline chair, there was a huge choice with several in stock immediate delivery items and others on 3 week deliveryAll styles, sizes and fabrics under the sun supported by an out of this world customer service, Mr Shotton was extremely knowledgeable in fitting and went above and beyond and he is a really nice manDon't go anywhere else, even the mobility stores don't have the choice provided at ShottonsFirst class serviceThankyou

Lots of choice with a great delivery and free assembly service. Even the less expensive lines are good quality. I believe they compete or better elsewhere on price. Keeping up the good work of old Frank Shotton.

1st class service from start to finish , Alan,Clive and staff were amazing and gave help and advice all the way , we will certainly use Shottons in the future .If we could we would give 10 stars to shottons following our visit .Thankyou very much xx
