We needed to put some bird proofing wire mesh around our Solar panels. Ashton at Energy My Way sorted out the problem quickly and liaised with the scaffolding company. The whole process was handled vary efficiently and politely and the two men who did the work on the roof did a very good job in quite trying conditions. Well done to all concerned and thanks for completing the work so quickly.

The supply and installation of my new Inverter and Battery pack went to plan and was expertly carried out with minimum disruption in the house ---thank you to the friendly team of Jack and Harry on site and the office organisation by Tom and Jacob.

We had our panels installed 4 years ago. At the time we were told nothing about needing QR codes to identify the panels, and were given no map of the system. Now, we discover that one of the panels is not functioning properly, but we cannot identify which one as we don't have a map of the panels. We had a major ground source heat pump installation in our new build house and had researched many companies before selecting Energymyway. They have designed and delivered a very good system using a Nibe heat pump that provides us with hot water and all our underfloor heating requirements even through the last winter.James and the team have been very responsive and easy to deal with, including assistance with the Government grant application, and I would certainly recommend them highly.

I have been involved with the company under Jason Hobbins and, more recently, James Reades since 2011, when EMW emerged as the winner out of a large field of competitors to install pv arrays in our village, Kirtlington, and in Woodstock and Kidlington. We used them again in 2014 to install a biomass boiler at our home and most recently in 2019 to install a large pv array and boiler for Kirtlington Village Hall. We have a new build where EnergyMyWay were engaged by the housebuilder to integrate a heat pump system. This works well and is quiet and effective. We are particularly impressed by how responsive the team is - James has always jumped onto issues if they arise and helped resolve them quickly. We also asked them to install PV panels which are integrated well into the overall home energy context.

We worked closely with Energy My Way over a about a year as we renovated our town house to become more green and reduce our dependency on fossil fuels and the grid. They installed Solar PV, heating, air flow and home automation systems. They were a utterly professional throughout the process keeping us informed of progress, tasks that needed input from us, milestones coming up, etc. They responded in a timely manner via both email and telephone and several times popped over to help out in-person. We have recommended them to many friends and neighbours and remain in contact over 18 months on.
