Damira Bicester Dental Practice

I had a great experience at the clinic. The staff was lovely and great with their clients. My dentist was professional. They are always on time and very punctual for my appointments. I totally recommend this dental practice.

Just had my second visit to Damira Dental in Bicester. As someone who is pretty nervous about dentists this was a brilliant experience, (apart from the fact I need a root canal!). Agata was really nice and explained my treatment plan very clearly. I wouldn't say I'm looking forward to my next visit, but I'm not anxious about it. I would highly recommend Damira. Also, look at their dental plan, it will save you a fortune.

This was my first visit here as a patient.I was pleasantly surprised to have enjoyed a dental appointment. All of the staff were very helpful and pleasant, and my dentist was extremely thourough.

On Monday 2 October I had an appointment with the hygeinist. I was impressed by the thoroughness and detailed personal review of the health of my teeth and gums and the exceptional care taken to explain how to improve gum care. Well done indeed and many thanks.

I had an appointment at 14.07.23. 4:00 p.m. I came with my son earlier, when it was 4:10 p.m. I asked the girl at the reception desk that the visit was already a bit delayed. She replied that the doctor was delayed. After another 10 minutes, I noticed that all patients were served except me, I entered the office and asked if my son was on the list and the doctor replied that the girl from the reception canceled my appointment and wrote to the doctor that I left. She was very arrogant and unpleasant. She didn't even feel like apologizing

Upon arriving i couldn't help but to notice the lovely atmosphere and welcoming staff, the dentist was professional and always on time and answered all my enquiries about the treatment without dismissing my concerns or rushing me

The dentist team and the receptionist team provided us with excellent service in the last year to support my son, who is autistic. We are grateful.

I recently had a dental experience that left me less than satisfied. During my visit, a significant portion of my tooth was left behind, leading to a painful jaw infection. The aftermath has been a nightmare of discomfort and additional dental work.Unfortunately, my experience with Damira was far from positive. The lack of attention to detail and the resulting health consequences have left me questioning the quality of care provided. I expected a professional and competent service, but what I got was quite the opposite.I strongly advise others to thoroughly consider their options before choosing Damira. My hope is that by sharing this, others can avoid the unnecessary pain and frustration that I've endured.

Having been unable to reregister with our previous NHS dentist, and unable to find another NHS dentist in our area taking patients, we have joined Damira, and taken a Denplan.We are very impressed with the facilities, the friendliness of the staff, and the service we have received to date.Many thanks.
