Paul and his team are very professional, reliable, and highly skilled at their work. They gave us a detailed invoice for the windows, so all work and cost were transparent. We are so pleased that we were able to retain the look of our sash windows but able modernise them with double glazing and draught proofing. I couldn't recommend Kensington Windows more.

Highly recommended. Removal of ineffective secondary glazing and replaced with slimline double glazing. Removal of rotten timber and renovation of windows to full operation. Very tidy and professional service. So glad we took this approach as it preserves the character of the property.

We were very pleased with the restoration of some sash windows on our Victorian House. Although Kensington's had a fairly long waiting list, they arrived on time and very efficiently carried out the work, leaving the property clean and tidy afterwards. We would have no hesitation in recommending them.

My Victorian window project is bespoke. I wanted to retain my 170 year old pitch pine windows with a distressed wooden finish replacing the putty with beading and using old glass. The steps to achieve this are extensive. Having approached a number of sash window specialist companies I found they wanted to provide a 'fixed' product which did not meet with my aspirations. Kensington have embraced my objectives and have provided excellent work. They are always prompt and the communication is very good, something which I find lacking in the building trade.
