Fire the damn receptionist. Some old KAREN. Horrid HORRID LADY. Any comments about the receptionist being nice are a total coverup to counter the negative ones. I thought I was the only one to experience her rude behaviour, however having read through the reviews, I am relieved to know that I am not the only one. She did not put me through to the person I called in for. Also when I asked for her name, as I was trying to get hold of someone and she was counter questioning as if she was that person and it was her business, she refused to give me her name. I am not sure if she is an owner or just an employee but her attitude is disgusting. She made me feel belittled. She is a Karen, Wilkins Print Ltd- please fire this lady, she is a menace and an off put.
