TK Maxx

Went in to return an item that was accidentally purchased and to buy additional items. The staff were very friendly and helpful, but it was hard to find things and required assistance from a staff member to direct us to what we were looking for. Overall a good experience, but it might be difficult during a busy time.

Staff really helpful and left us alone to decide.

Shop supplies even good but in Manchester or Birmingham is better. Store service and security are annoying. I understand that this job can be boring for you and you want to go home, but when it is 5:40 pm the customer has the right to be in the store and has 20 minutes until 6 pm and you should not run around the store after the customer inviting to the cash desk, because it is disrespectful to the client who wants to buy something and you show your over-zealousness.

A bit tricky this one. Good environment, good customer service, and as usual TK Maxx retail.One advice is that if you're going here to shop, you may want to consider parking at Intu potteries shopping mall car park. It's about one pound fifty for the day. Then a quick walk down to the shop.So in all, good location as well.

Bought a few things here in town, nice to see a good store on the high street

Always like having a browse in here and sometimes find the nice odd thing for a reasonable price however today I had a bad experience. My boyfriend bought me a bag from the TK Maxx in Crewe which I didn’t like so returned to Hanley store to exchange for another bag and the staff were very miserable, it took the staff member about 10 minutes to process the return and there was no apology for the amount of time it took, no verbal communication at all really. Has completely changed my opinion of the store and will likely put me off returning. A little mention to the Security guards who are always nice and polite and wished me a nice day whilst leaving, if only the staff at the tills had the same customer service.

It would be nice for them to advertise that their store closes the ground floor/home section early. That way people don’t waste their time and petrol rushing back from work to get there only to be told “because we have two doors” they close half of the store half an hour before they are supposed to…

Best time to go is just after delivery dates so that you can grab fresh stock at a bargain. All staff are friendly, prices are good, shop is clean and the changing rooms are private.I never leave empty handed!

First visit to this store for over 12 months. Had a good look round and thought it was really well set out on ground floor. Liked a lot of the items will definitely visit again shortly. Did buy a couple of bath towels and a stocking filler present for granddaughter. Looked at childrens' and babys' section but nothing really stood out. Will try again soon as xmas decorations looked very nice.
