Avoid this company like the plague. Refuse to give refunds if you dont like the rug etc.AVOIDDDDDDDD

AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!! BAD QUALITY RUGS AND AWFUL SERVICE!!!I ordered a rug from this companies ebay store i thought very good rug for the price.Firstly, they booked in my delivery for between 10-12 upon checking the tracking it says it was delivered and to check calling card as left with neighbour, turns out they had delivered it to a completely different address!When I finally received the rug, excited to see the WHITE AND GREY rug I had ordered I received a BEIGE rug.Now everyone makes mistakes I get that, however I was offered a 30% refund :/ if it is a good fit" well if it would be a good fit i wouldve ordered the beige.They then advised that I could get a full refund if i send this back

This company refuses to give full refund and deducts returns postage money from the item you return for items that are I INCORRECTLY described on their website . Luckily PayPal had my back but the lady Lucy who deals with the problems is ever so rude and useless. They make you feel like a liar . Avoid using this company at all costs
