Disappointed to leave a negative feedback, but believe good and bad feedback should be shared. Normally have Fazia do my eyebrows but she wasn't working, the young girl that done them today has massacred my brows and the tint isn't dark brown as should be.This being said I'll still be returning

I've just had my semi permanent lashes done by Fozia and they are absolutely gorgeous. I love them .Will definitely come back to do it again .Better brow's -Serpentine Green- definitely my new place to go for lashes .Thank you so much Fozia .

I have been using their services for eyebrows from past year . Its been perfect brows everytime I come out. Today was my first hands wax and it was too good. Extremely satisfied with them. I have recommended this place to a lot of my friends and they are of the same opinion too. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for perfect brow services.

I had a very bad experiences threading my eyebrows on Tuesday the 24th of October 2023 at approximately early afternoon. I walked in the shop at the serpentine, the lady immediately started threading my eyebrows without greetings. While threading my left eyebrow she actually put the thread into my right eye and I screamed but she has no empathy to say sorry. I told working a place like this you should able to have compassion and empathy. I will never used this place again.

These ladies are so professional and very attentive. Fozia is the best. I never let anyone else but her do my threading. She's friendly, holds great conversation, very polite and most importantly very good on technique. I feel safe in her hands. When in Peterborough come here!
