The older guy who works there should not work in customer service. He acted like he was doing me a favour. On top of that: I say Hi - no reply - I say thank you - no reply. AVOID!

Went to get some drink they have actually taped off the the fixed prices on the bottles of vodka captain morgans ect ect with white tape so they can and more profit on absolute disgrace when I questioned it they said they are allowed to definitely won't go back

Old tall man who works there should not be there! Absolutely not acceptable customer service. I was shocked. Was sending 4 parcels, he wasn't happy with it & throwing all into the corner! I was shocked when the slip with parcels numbers was thrown to the floor to me. Left the shop absolutely shoked. At the present it is shown only two parcels are send. No idea what happening with this employee & his responsibilities.

It comes up as a UPS access point, but this is a half truth. Yes, they are registered as one but neither the old guy or the woman who work there know how to do it. They are beyond useless. And this is not a one off. I have been there two times.The first time the very rude woman couldn't work the printer and tried to blame it on another member of staff.The second time was today. The old man did not have a clue how to process my package and did not admit it. He just made me feel like I was a massive inconvenience and that what I was saying was total rubbish.

Reading others reviews I was glad it wasn’t just me that feels the older gentleman (believe his name is Terry) has no idea how to provide even mediocre customer service. Been using this shop for 7 years and he’s not got any more welcoming. Why this man works in a customer facing job I have no clue, because he clearly doesn’t want to be there!! Incredibly rude and seems to have a hatred for anyone that collects or drops off parcels there. Sighs if you even enter the shop, unprofessional tone in his voice and has even thrown my parcels before.Tried to complain, was told I’d get a call back and never did. Conveniently the manager at the time left about a week later. If you want to deal with pissy attitude, visit when the older gentlemen is working.. although I don’t even get why he’s still employed going by how many others feel the same as me. There are a couple of nice staff members, but the majority don’t know what they’re doing.

Thee worse shop in Aberdeen avoid completely staff are really uncivilised blatantly ignoring phone calls all in all horrendous

It seems the young asian gentleman could do with some customer service training - he ignored me in favour of someone who was going around the shop - so everyone has to be inconvenienced because a foul mouthed customer can’t get all her shopping before she cones to the till- she was then annoyed because the price of the cigarettes had gone up this month!The member of staff then took forever to find my parcels - I doubt if I will use them for collections in future - 1/10 for customer service.

This store has a general bad reputation for parcels however, I have also been coming here for a few years for general bits and bobs due to its location. Every time I come in with a package, whichever staff member is there at the time, instantly has some visceral reaction that makes them wholly unpleasant. The staff will literally throw your items, argue with you and then tell you to shop elsewhere because your transaction is too much of a chore for them.I’m really not surprised to see the other reviews complaining about one specific member of male staff in particular, he is by far the rudest and makes you feel like an utter burden for even looking in his general direction.Not sure I want to support a business where the staff audibly groan when you walk in the door!

Lovely welcoming staff and a very clean place to be in , they really like to give their guests the best experience being in their environment

Older man needs some customer service training! Felt like it was an inconvenience for him to receive my packages, then he threw the packages on the floor after scanning them! Thankfully the contents weren't fragile
