I would highly recommend CA Properties, I moved to Leeds with a short notice due to my job transfer. I was able to view and move in very quickly which was a massive relief as I was new to the area. I stayed in the accommodation for a year and 9 months and within that time I have never had any problems with the flat and if there were concerns they were dealt with very quick. The people working for CA Properties are professional and friendly. Highly recommended.

We rented with CA from June 2020-May 2022, we couldn’t ask for a better set of people to rent from. CA is a family run business and they truly couldn’t do more to ensure your renting experience is as easy and as smooth as possible. Any maintenance was dealt with professionally and very quickly! One experience we are most grateful for is when We had a few issues with our boiler, we had to phone CA on a weekend out of hours and our heating wouldn’t work, it was in the colder months so we was worried about having no heating and hot water. CA ensured we would be ok by getting an emergency maintenance appointment the same day for this to be rectified, we were also given electric heaters to ensure we were warm whilst the issue was resolved. We couldn’t be more grateful for such good service and such lovely landlords and will always be thankful to the team for making our first time renting a pleasure. An AMAZING Landlord! They genuinely care greatly for their Tennent's. Among the best landlords in the UK for their service. They are incredibly quick to fix any faults and extremely friendly and approachable. I would 100% recommend CA properties for their excellent service!
