Attended emergency breakdown and saved a lot of water damage. Repaired quickly, reported back to me with pictures. Very impressed with the service.

Jim and his team took out the two old boilers and water tanks in our house and installed one new one joining up the two systems including the fresh water inlet. He gave excellent and very practical advice about planning the installation and his team were faultless during the work.They made great efforts to ensure we were not inconvenienced and were really tidy enabling us to continue to live in our house without too much disruption.The end result is really good. The water pressure is so much better than before and you would not know that they have carried out such extensive work. They even managed to retain one of our showers which we thought we would have to replace.I have used On Tap for many years and they have always been excellent. Thanks to Jim and the team for their hard work on this project.

I wasn't happy with the service I recieved from Mal from on tap. He got sent out from my letting agency to investigate water coming from my ceiling and down my wall. He decided that there was nothing wrong with the flat above and said it was the renovation being done next door. It happened again the next day and the problem was the washing machine which he ruled out, the pipe behind was backing into itself causing it to overflow. The fact he didn't even notice this shocks me and the problem was found quickly from someone else. If he had done this properly I wouldn't of had another leak in my apartment.

Very unhappy. They charged a transaction fee on the only way of payment offered. Their employee missed the first appointment, then arrived late with the wrong ladders, when it was nearly dark. He could have doing anything or nothing.

As a landlord, it's good to have OnTap to reply on. They are very professional and carry out their tasks quickly and efficiently. Highly recommended!!
