I lived in Putney 3.5 years with Glenthorne managing the property I was in and it’s the best experience I’ve had with a letting agent in 10+ years of renting in the Uk. Our landlord was also great and responded quickly to any issues, which the team at Glenthorne then acted to resolve immediately. When we moved out they went out of their way to help us out when we had some issues with furniture removal and key drops etc. which made a huge difference at a v stressful time. Such a rarity in the letting agent world!

My wife and I moved to London and had a horrible experience with an agency in our first year, we then found the perfect property and coincidentally the perfect letting agency! Glenthorne (especially Lesley) were nothing but friendly, professional and so supportive in the process of letting the flat, any issues we encountered along the way and when we had to leave the flat. I cannot thank the entire team at Glenthorne, and specifically Lesley, enough. If we ever decide to move back, it will be our first stop.

Best experience I have ever had with an agency in London, few weeks ago I contacted Glenthorne properties for a viewing of a flat, Lesley was very prompt, polite and helpful, she even took me for the viewing on a Saturday, the house was exactly as I saw on the picture that I gave her my offer right away and she was very easy to communicate with, the process went so smooth and fast, and got me an answer in a very short time. My partner and I recently rented through Glenthorne and found them to be professional and efficient throughout the whole process.
