Gibraltar Farm Campsite

Loved this campsite. Handy for Silverdale village and fantastic views. Clean toilets and showers. Electric hook up had water tap too. Very peaceful and well run. Very friendly and helpful staff. We will definitely visit again.

This Campsite now has very unreasonable rules and is strictly patrolled. Now Any Music (at any time or any decibel), Any fire pits, Any ball games and apparently Any Talking while playing Board Games will not be tolerated! We were told to leave the campsite by the warden & owner because we were playing low music at 8pm. We have had numerous previous visits to this campsite and enjoyed our time there (under the prev. policies). However, we are now appalled by their policies and attitude and will never return. Do not book here if you are planning on enjoying yourself. Certainly not a family friendly site

A hidden gem of a campsite/holiday destination. Lovely shoreline with two accessible beaches. Lush camping fields & space a plenty. Immaculate toilet block & pot wash. Wonderful cold milk straight from source available. Very reasonable camping rates. Great sunset views.

Absolutely love this place. First time I've been,beautiful location and the views are gorgeous. Staff on site Ste is very friendly and welcoming. Definitely going back,not a lot going on so if you want a quiet relaxing time this is definitely the place to be.

It was nice enough and the views were stunning. The facilities were spotless, the stewards were friendly. You could buy raw milk, fresh eggs, jams, pickles and marmalade from the farm house. A fair walk to the pub which even though there was no one else in...we couldn't get food for 2 and half hours. A lot of hills therefore not really brilliant for people with mobility issues. Would need to drive places as the only bus services only goes to Carnforth and Lealands, completely missing Arnside out.

A lovely campsite which we used for an overnight stop at the end of October. Flat, gravelled pitch with electric hookup for our camper van. Toilets and showers were immaculate and plenty of hot water. Lovely views across the estuary. Jenny Brown's point short walk from site. Beautiful views. Thank you to the owners - we really enjoyed our brief stay.

Beautiful site and maintained to a very high standard. Toilets, free showers and dish washing facilities are spotless. Very kind and friendly staff. If you're looking for a noisey campsite don't come here as it's a peaceful place. It's a 15 min walk into Silverdale.

1st time with my caravan & could not have chosen a better place. Wardens are the kindest most hard working people, took time to help us settle & on hand when I managed to trip the electric, even brought tools to help with awning for us newbys.Shower & toilets immaculate and warm free showers.Water on pitch, dog station for when you return from the beach which is right on the doorstep. Working farm above but no noise,,,, except that is when it rained the donkey had loads to say,,,,, hillariousSo close to everywhere we needed to be, even got our boat on WindermereCan imagine summer being even better.Enjoy your brake you 2,,, see you next time for def

I put 5 stars for rooms as my tent is ace. What a great location this campsite is with amazing views and minutes from the beach. Arnside is an hrs walk along the coast or you can hop in your car and head to the South Lakes. I will be returning. Great site run by great people and the cleanest toilet/shower block I've ever come across at a campsite.
