The vehicle I booked was not available due to a collision. Ross called me to explain and offered alternative hire firms as well a 3B alternative vehicle. In the end I took the 3B option. The vehicle was superb and the team at High Wycombe dealt with collection and return very promptly. Would definitely recommend 3B Bf their team.

Great Company, friendly and professional attitude with competitive prices .They have a tidy yard with modern vehicles and easy access to the main road.There is street parking for your car close by.I will use them again when I need to hire a van.

3B are friendly, helpful and flexible. They kept me updated when the original vehicle I'd hired needed work, and checked that I was ok with the replacement. The van was new, easy to operate, and the rep took me through basic operation of the van, pointing out the number of the accident and recovery company they use just in case. It was a very easy and happy experience, and I'd be very happy to use 3B again.
