Was served by Craig today when exchanging some of my Euros left over from my holiday back to pounds - he was so friendly, helpful and professional, great sense of humour as well. Made sure everything was put through correctly and also gave me some great travel recommendations for the future based off his own experiences after asking about my own. Excellent customer service all in all :)
