Amazing service from Billy. Came over late notice, fitted around our plans and knew each system that had been installed by the prior owner and got them all up and running for us in no time, oh and he installed some extras to improve the system for us. 100% recommend them.

The guys at Search installed our alarm in Feb and were professional and helpful at all times.They went through our options in depth making sure we had just what we needed.Not once was there a hard sell and they gave us time to make a decision without chasing us constantly.They completed the job quickly and it was mess and hassle free. Billy made sure I was confident on how to operate the system and app before he left.I have since recommended them to family who have been just as impressed with their experiences.

Great experience and service received from Search Fire and Security. From our initial conversation with Sophie and Billy through to the fitting, the team were very professional and friendly throughout. We had a lot of questions and Billy was more than happy to help with everything, with great communication. The work was carried out carefully and to a very high professional standard, with wiring being hidden etc. Can't thank Sophie, Billy and Ed enough and would recommend them to everyone.

New build development of six flats with Search installing the alarm system, intercom, CCTV and fire alarm system at a very competitive price with a fantastic service. Having been left in a dilemma with my original installer for a number of months, I stumbled across SF&S to help me troubleshoot the Pyronix app and alarm. Billy provided assistance over the phone a few times, without hesitation before attending site and he fixed the issue flawlessly. Billy and his team provide an honest, prompt, excellent and friendly service, which is so refreshing. I highly recommend them.
