D&C Damp Proofing

Contacted Dean in 2020 to get some damp proofing done in our house. The initial conversations went well and we were optimistic to begin with. Work was completed quickly and we were promised an insurance backed guarantee as part of the service, which is a big reason why we went with Dean above other options.After we paid Dean, he stopped responding to all of our attempts to reach out and we never got the guarantee that was promised. The areas he damp proofed are still suffering from damp to this day so we had someone else out to take a look who said everything was still wet, he recommended we reach out to Dean since whatever work he had done has clearly not worked.Again we've made multiple attempts to contact Dean and had no response whatsoever. The damp proofing has not worked in the slightest and we're unable to get in touch to remedy it as our calls go through to voicemail and are never returned.
