I brought a dress to be dry cleaned along with a small stitch repair.On collect the dress. The tailor was not done as requested and I had to wait for the seamstress to carry out the repairs. I got the dress home only to find it wasn't dry cleaned at all. The were my 3rd choice dry cleaners because the ask for payment upfront, which is totally unacceptable. Family firm of loser. Never again.

My mother in-law recently took a couple of items in for repair (a handbag and earrings. She wasn't sure if a repair was possible but the team at Harris & Osman were fantastic and managed to sort both!My mother in-law was delighted and cannot thank them enough.Highly recommended for quality of service and all round experience. I took a brand new unworn dress in to be dry cleaned. It came back with numerous stains as seen I the pictures below. Some stains looked as though they were food related, I managed to clean off with water, the others, as per the pictures these would not go. A light tea stain on the cream outfit wasn't removed even though I pointed it out when u went in. Each item was over £10 to be cleaned. I ended up having a new dress that came out dirtier than it went in! I've now had to get it cleaned elsewhere and they managed to remove the stain this dry cleaner made. Will I be using them again...firm NO!

I called up very last minute yesterday and asked if they could take a bridesmaid dress up for me for a wedding on Saturday which I leave for today. Came in this morning to collect it and they’ve done an amazing job! It fits me perfectly and they’ve steamed it so carefully too. I can’t rate them highly enough. Thank you so much! I will definitely be returning in future for other alterations.

Needed a repair to a rucksack strap at short notice. Rung ahead and the guy said to bring it down and if they could fix it then and there, then they would. The seamstress stopped what she was doing and fixed it within 5 minutes. Reasonable price too. Thank you.

Two stars because The gentleman is very polite but The lady is incredibly rude. I brought my daughters prom dress to the store, asked to take 2” off the bottom of a £200 dress. My daughter had collected it, was handed a plastic bag, crumpled up and I very much doubt the work was carried out.After following up. The lady was uncertain and told me there’s an extra charge for the £25 paid for the alteration. Rude and abruptly cut the call after calling me “love” a thousand times.I won’t be going there again.

I used the tailoring service by Nadia after being recommended- and I can honestly say they did not disappoint. The whole family are so lovely and provide a first class service. My outfits have been tailored beautifully and I cannot wait to wear them! Thankyou- I will be returning with more clothes to alter!

I have used this business for over 14 years now. The service starts with a wonderful smile and welcome. The people there are very polite and welcoming. Skilled, hard working professionals and they know what they are doing.I've taken suits to dry clean, cut keys, extended and shortened my watch (straps) and bracelets. My most recent visit to them was a week ago to reheeled my boots and they delivered once again, it was perfect.Use these guys because they know what they are doing.Thanks guys and ladies, keep up the good work.MikePurley
