I have no issues with the GPs at this practice, but the receptionists are extremely rude in person and over the phone. During CV19 I went to pick up a prescription and the receptionist didn’t acknowledge me at the window for 5 minutes. Not seeing someone is understandable, but when I knocked gently on the window, the lady shouted to say she is the only one working and on the phone. Saying I will be with you shortly would have sufficed.

I feel sorry for the receptionists dealing with the poor service given by the Second rate doctors two in particularare awful, worst practice in area. Look elsewhere.

I am.a new patient at The Hill Medical Group and I have been very impressed at the efficiency of the receptionists and how swiftly Dr. Gowdy returned my calls. I needed to consult her twice two weeks in succession and cannot praise her highly enough for her caring attitude towards me.

Dr's are great. Receptionists are pretty useless. Everyone tells you a different version of the truth. Seem happy to waste your time. Go somewhere else.

Very disappointed not getting to speak to my own doctor as seemingly their times have been changed.I was offered a call from her next Tuesday this is Friday morning normal time of calling for anyone who has not been sick from before coronavirusWhy would I ring today if I can wait until Tuesday.

I have been with this practice for 50 years and I should have written something before about these wonderful people . You do hear horror stories about other practices and how inaccessible they are . I have always found the people who work at The Hill and the amazing doctors to be so helpful , caring and willing to listen . My family and I could not wish for better care . I truly thank everyone at this practice for looking after us. x

Phoning reception is hit or miss, you either get a lovely receptionist or a nasty demon.Docs are all generally very good but sometimes will talk down to you or think you're full of balls. Don't dare tell them you Googled some symptoms or you'll be ridiculed.

Superb Family Practice, I have been going here from I was a baby and I’m now turning 58. They are superb at what they do, Receptions are warm and friendly and very welcoming. Doctors go far and beyond and listen and there bedside manner I call it is second to none. I don’t mind what doctor I have to speak to if I can’t get my own doctor, as they are all superb. Dr Montgomery is fantastic so thanks all at the Practice and stay safe.
