Couldn't of been more happier with the speed, efficiency and professionalism of Ashley. He half felled a massively overgrown and dangerous conifer tree, and cut back and shaped the lower half really nicely. Stripped the branches for the stumps, cut to length and stacked the wood and piled the green branches at my request neatly as i wanted to use for chippings. Raked and made good the grass. Very tidy, very reasonably priced and very polite young man.Thank you very much Ashley.

Ashley is everything I love in a top quality tradesmen. He is enthusiastic, extremely knowledgable, he is punctual and he is absolutely fantastic at what he does.We posted an advert on a Sunday looking for a quote for removing a large tree from our garden, within minutes Ashley had responded and within an hour he was at our house. He was really friendly, extremely knowledgable and provided a really competitive quote that day.The tree was causing a real issue for me and my wife. We had recently bought a soft top and the tree was sapping all over it. I explained to Ashley that I wanted it doing urgent, he decided to come on his day off and not only that it was absolutely pouring with rain. That morning I looked out the window and thought Ashley would cancel, he didn’t!!!!!! He came as promised, and worked in the pouring rain, now if that doesn't tell you all you need to know about this chap then I don’t know what will.Once the tree was down, Ashley thoroughly cleaned up all the mess paying particular attention to detail.This guy is the guy you need for your job. I had a huge Lime tree that was in a very dangerous condition, one large and extremely heavy bough sat precariously Over a high level telephone line and a neighbouring property summer house , the tree had a preservation order, Following an application my local authority approved urgent works to be carried out subject to their specification, therefore the remedial works had to be executed to a high standard, Ashley of Arbor Ash agreed a time to inspect and quote and He arrived dead on time as arranged, the scheduled day of the works same again On time, very reliableAll works we’re indeed carried out to an excellent standard as specified and more, each portion of the job was done in a very caring business like and safe manner and on completion the relevant areas were thoroughly cleaned and all redundant materials were cleared from site.I would have no hesitation in recommending Arbor Ash for a good quality job, reliability and excellent value for money

Ashley and his team did a superb job cutting back lots of overgrown conifers, trimming hedges and pruning fruit trees. They were all very professional, polite and friendly. Ashley had provided me with the lowest quote and then completed the job more quickly than expected. Excellent all round. We will be asking Ashley to look after our trees every year!

Got referred to Ash from a friend and sent him some pictures of a very over grown garden which we had chopped down. He came the next week, and had it chipped within 90 minutes and even chopped our tree stumps down and cleared some more brash that we didn't ask for.Was really impressed with his service and will definitely use again when I have any tree problems!

Ashley has done two jobs for me and I have other jobs lined up for him. I won’t use anyone else now. He’s very friendly but at the same time very professional. He is great with communication both at replying to messages and in conversations with him about the work he’s doing which in my opinion is great as it helps the customer understand the process. He takes great care during his work and afterwards when he cleans up. He is also very reasonably priced which is obviously a bonus. Thanks for all you’ve done so far Ash.

An all round professional skilled, qualified team - a joy to work with and watch. Very clever. 6 very high trees on property boundary, above roofs and fragile churchyard memorial stones. All trees taken down, skilfully, carefully safely and a great tidy up afterwards. Ashley visited and talked through the project in advance - friendly, helpful, enthusiastic. - a great communicator too. Residents, neighbours, community, readily impressed with these guys. Very happy!
