Excellent!!! We booked an airport drop off & collection. Both drivers were professional but friendly. The return flight was 1.5 hours late. We were obviously worried that our journey home would be affected. We needn't have been concerned. The driver messaged us and was waiting patiently to drive us home.I would recommend this taxi company every time.

Best taxi service I have ever used by a mile. Mo our driver was polite, helpful, a sensible driver and made me feel very relaxed after surgery. Conversation during our trip home from Reading to Aylesbury was also a delight. If I could score higher I would. Brilliant !

First time using Ruby Cars in July 2021. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend their service, and will absolutely be using again. Great communication from Moe at the start, and helped me organise a pick up time / agree a price.Car arrived on time (to the minute) and it was a really nice / comfortable car. Driver dropped me as close as possible to the location.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Top company.

I can’t recommend Ruby Cars highly enough! Their service is impeccable. Friendly, professional, safe driving, very reasonable price, clean car, and exactly on time. Moe was even kind enough to help me by carrying my bags to my door when I’d come out of hospital. I felt completely in safe hands the whole journey. How every taxi company should be.

Ruby cars were wonderful. We booked a taxi to Heathrow and about halfway there I thought I forgot my passports. The driver kindly pulled over and helped me with my bag. Once I found it we all had a good laugh and we were on our way again. Prices are fair - considering gas is £2 a liter these days. Cars are clean and drivers are professional

From start to finish so impressed thank you. Nothing was too much came back to pick me up. Great local knowledge. Super friendly driver and the phone operator was so pleasant. Wouldn't hesitate to book again if I was in the area :)
