This was the first time I went to 4Sight Opticians in Walsall. I cannot praise the staff enough. My experience here was 5*. The staff in particular Sarah and Nav were absolutely brilliant. I am not their customer but I had a problem and went to many places that refused to help me, 4Sight however went above and beyond to help me even though it was closing time, they didn't turn me away. Absolutely brilliant service from an A* team. I would definitely recommend this place.

Have used a few opticians since I first had glasses about 45 years ago,I am now 71,about 20 years ago I went to 4SIGHTWALSALL,any problems with my glasses went back to them and it was sorted straight away and never costed me a penny.Yesterday one of the arms of my glasses fell off,I've had the glasses approx.4 years,because my eyesight has not got any worse,the receptionist checked my details and said it needs a new frame and they had one in stock,she asked if I had some shopping to do and come back in 20minutes,when I returned,the glasses with the new frame were ready,I expected to pay about £20,but was told there was no charge,I have no connection with 4SIGHTWALSALL except being a customer,this is absolutely 5 STAR SERVICE.

5 star service all round, a valued customer for over 10 years,customer service brilliant really happy well done walsall keep it up.

Super helpful and professional!Fixed my glasses after I snapped the Nylon wire under the lens on short notice.

Always the Best, 4Sight in Walsall has the best customer service I've ever known, they're great at giving good advice and helping you find the right frames for your face and eye shape.I've been with them for 6 years, and have never had any problems (except with my eyes!)They helped me find the perfect frames that lasted me a good four years, and whenever the underwire needed redoing, they did it there and then, cleaning the lenses and tightening the screws before handing them back to me, at no cost! (I can tell you, the few times I've been out of town and had to have them rewired, I went to SpecSavers, they charged me £10, and when I got down the street the lenses fell out again. They didn't offer refund or discount, and I left very dissatisfied. Same day, 4Sight reordered my frames and my lenses, and I had an absolutely charming conversation with the staff as we sorted it out over the phone.) Don't know about you but I know who gets my loyalty every time. 4Sight!Even though I'm now living in London, 4Sight in Walsall will always be home and my preference.Five star customer service.Five star facilities.Five star advice and information.Five star staff.All round a twenty star opticians.Plus their optician himself is lovely, talks through options and makes appropriate suggestions about glasses and coatings for your lifestyle (if you work on a screen all day or are out active.) he always has interesting conversation and is so proficient at his job.I suggest them all round.
