Bought a couple of pies to take for later,and we're very nice ,coming from North wales I asked for a welsh oggie, the lady said we don't do them there more of a north wales thing ,well I never knew that,

Had a Pembrokeshire pasty nothing like it's description full of mush tasted nothing like any of the ingredients mentioned it contains awful. Had a hog the duvet it's in the oven at the moment due to it being completely raw inside despite looking well cooked in the display just cooked on the ends. Again awful.

We visited the shop for the first time and purchased a Lamb Pie(Springy Shepard) and a Beef Pie(Holy Cow).They were delightful, in fact I would go as far to say they were two of the best pies we have ever had.The pastry was light and crisp, the filling was stunning and packed with flavour, they had the perfect mix of gravy and meat.We also purchased two of its award winning sausage rolls, which were equally as good as the pie.If you are visiting Saundersfoot, do yourself and try one of their pies, you will not be disappointed.

Food was absolutely delicious but the customer service was awful, as I can see others have experienced recently. Granted, I made a blunder by asking for a pasty in a pasty shop, but Ive never felt so awkward in an establishment before. What should have been a light hearted joke at my expense, left a really sour taste in my mouth. My wife walked out and I wish I had.This company will rely on passing trade who won’t think about checking reviews before spending their money, which is a shame.

Best pasties I've ever had (including in Cornwall). Not stuffed full of onions and bland meat, but well balanced, perfectly seasoned, pastry doesn't give heart burn. Only been here a few days, shopped here on a couple of them. Definitely going home fatter!

This is for the shop in Saundersfoot. Probably the worst customer service I have had- rude young man and lady behind the counter. Lovely food awful service. I’ve worked in the customer facing industry for years- never experienced anything like it

Had to try this pie and Pastry shop after seeing it and the wonderful smells leaving the premises.Staff were friendly. The shop is fairly small and closes at 4:30. Produce is first come first serve. They do bake more though out the day but sell out fast. Access is flat, no steps at all.They have a mixture of already cooked/warm pie. In addition to one's to take home and bake. We had a selection of lamb pasties and beef and Stilton pasties. We took home a beef and Stilton to bake at home.Really large chunks of soft meat were in all the pasties and pie. Taste was great and really strong, nice to actually see bits of Stilton in the pie.

I had to write a review as we've had pasties here several times over last two years and have always been impressed, many of the reviews are unfair and ignorant imho. The pasties are very high quality, excellent pastry, high quality fillings - we regularly eat Cornish made and these are far better than most Cornish pasties.

As a family we’ve had the worst customer service experience in your Saundersfoot shop. We visited at 2pm on the 19th of Aug, both female members of staff were rude and malicious. Customer service training is definitely required to maintain your business. Really disappointing experience!

My husband tells me the pasty is not bad at all". (Our son works for Cornish Bakery so he has some experience. ) But the downfall for this purchase was the attitude and rudeness of the lady behind the counter. She ignored me for the first few minutes but eventually turned round as I prepared to leave the shop. I don't know if she'd a) got out of bed the wrong side or b) was annoyed because she'd missed the course on customer service."
