Close to South Kensington. I attended in December for a quick drink. Excellent 5 star service in the foyer. Nice place to catch up with friends. Toilets clean. Festive decorations were wonderful

We enjoyed staying in the Rembrandt, and our room was reasonably spacious and comfortable. Staff were all friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet offered a good choice, and everything seemed fresh, and the cooked food was properly cooked. Location is very good too. There were a couple of things which could have been better: our room (277) was a LONG way from the lift; and, while the corridors were very warm, it was difficult to get the room warmed up. At breakfast, I understand that staff were under pressure to prepare tables for incoming guests, but sometimes they took away crockery which was still in use, and on at least one occasion, a couple returned to their table to find other guests had been seated at it!

We had an amazing stay! The breakfast included was delicious and they have a great afternoon tea for less that 40 pounds. We got a “lower end” room. The room was small but perfect for a trip in a city and so cozy, nothing like a rigid hotel. We stayed in the room to rest one day and it was so comfortable. No complaints of the room size. It was also super clean and I am very picky about my hotels cleanliness. When we got to our room it was very warm but took very little effort to get it to a comfortable temperature! The window did crack open, which we thought originally was locked(like another reviewer) so Id say you just have to know how to use it.The staff was super friendly and helpful. Service was great. And this hotel is near two big museums and a lot of transportation. South Kensington underground is just a few minutes walk away and can get you to pretty much wherever you want to go.Definitely will return!

We very much enjoyed this hotel and will definitely come back again. It is conveniently located just across the street from the V&A Museum, a short distance from South Kensington tube station, and a short walk to many of the areas we enjoy such as Hyde Park and Chelsea. The Reception is well staffed with very pleasant, professional people. The room was clean and comfortable with a safe, coffee/tea supplies, two chairs and a small table, and a hairdryer. The 1606 Lounge Bar is great for coffee, drinks or lunch/dinner. The separate restaurant is open for breakfast and they have a very nice buffet selection. Everyone we encountered there - from reception to housekeeping to wait staff - was helpful and pleasant.

This is by far the best hotel I've used in London. The service was impeccable, the breakfast was delicious, the staff was helpful and friendly, and the room was comfortable. The location is fantastic and in a great neighborhood, It's directly across the street from museums and down the road from Harrod's. I felt we were treated like valued guests by everyone there. Pablo from the concierge team was particularly helpful. The room was a little small, but I'm American ;) The beds were VERY comfortable and the shower was great with big, fluffy towels and robes for our use. Air conditioning worked great! I think the only thing I can complain about is there was only instant coffee in the room, but breakfast was included and the coffee there was amazing, along with the selection and quality of the food. I would also highly recommend the lounge in the evening as their food was great, especially the sticky toffee pudding.Overall, our stay was fantastic and I can't wait to go back. It's a great hotel with wonderful staff and worth the money we paid! Thank you, Rembrandt!!

Where to start Lovely rooms, grateful attentive staff and great breakfast. Dined there and the prices/quality were very good. The best hotel I have stayed in in the capital. The only small issue is £15 to use the pool. Will return.

Great value for the price.Staff, across the board, is friendly, engaging and highly motivated to ensure a positive experience.Breakfast is delicious, varied, and abundant and available for a longer period than most places I have traveled.Location is wonderful with an Underground stop 3-5 minutes away with three lines that will get you just about anywhere in a reasonable amount of time.

The Rembrandt Hotel
Just as chocolate bars, chocolate oranges, and tins of Celebrities get smaller every year, so it seems do hotel rooms. I upgraded to an 'executive' twin, but it was the same size as a standard has been in the past. The twin beds were touching as there was no room to separate them, and the bathroom had only a shower and no bath (as advertised, but I would have preferred a bath). I left having a nice experience, but feeling that the value was poor.

We had a comfortable stay. The room was big enough for two, with fridge and a comfortable bed. Bathroom was good, with large towels and an excellent shower. Staff were welcoming. Location was good for us - 5-10mins walk from Hyde Park and just a few minutes from the tube. Would definitely stay again.
