Andrew went above and beyond in assisting me with my order. Although largely communicating by email, he responded promptly during a very busy time at the store. His colleagues were also very attentive when I called the store with questions. I would definitely use this company again for any future building work.

Visited for some Cotswold chipping. Charged nearly 4 pounds a bag . When I done a bit of research found them at ASDA for 3 pounds. They seen me coming okayVery much dissatisfied with the experience. Will not return.

I can’t seem to beat the prices here at EH and I’ve shopped around! Over the past few weeks I have been ordering lots of different materials, the delivery is very quick, most times on the day I order it. Andy from the Longbridge branch is so helpful and helps me a lot, as I have no experience of materials. This is another one of the reasons I keep using these, as Andy goes above and beyond to make sure I have the right measurements ect for the required job, he sends me quotes so I can compare prices to ensure I know my options.

eh smith at Longbridge is a good solid traditional builders merchants, it has good stock level and good staff , from the counter to the yard all the staff are pleasant and helpful the guy I do most of my business with is Steve Hibbert always found him helpful and gives a great service Allways calls back with the the price or availability

Iv been using the Longbridge branch since it opened, Iv always had excellent service, I know everyone that works there by name and get on with all of them.I think Richard becoming manager has really jelled the team together.Andy, my account manager, is always there to assist me anyway he can, even getting in touch with me out of his working hours and his days off.I can’t fault the service and look forward to ordering for many years to come.PeteS.B.M Construction

We cant fault EH Smiths Longbridge branch. The staff are all so friendly and helpful. Steven always goes that extra mile to help us out when in need and keeps us well informed. The drivers are all great and go that extra mile. We cant fault the service or the staff.
