Had to repeat my order 3 times and still didn't get what I wanted.They can't seem to make the difference between vegan steak bake and stake bake. Won't be going there again... Very disappointed

No hygiene whatsoever, staff handling cash and handling food without washing hands or using gloves.Due to COVID 19 staff are supposed to wear a mask but they have it handing over the chin instead of covering the mouth and nose.Seems to only have one staff member serving most the time and during busy periods there are no additional staff members that use their common sense to help out, they would rather talk in the back and keep customers waiting huddled in the small area in the front.Poor management and hygiene should have a visit from trading standards.

Very disappointing when you get something that costs more tan at a regular Greg’s because it’s a franchise? The staff don’t wear masks when serving and the display cabinet is filthy at 730 in the morning. No good morning, what can I get you or hello when he eventually looked up from what he was doing. Should visit the shop in Barns to see how to greet customers.

Absolutely shocking. Had you waiting in aye for 20 minutes then to tell you card machine is working. No communication. Was told to go get cash out of the cash machine and que back up!!! Wouldn’t go back there if I was having a diabetic hypo. Absolutely useless and waste of my times.
