Unbelievable that undiluted tfr was used left ito dry I n the sun that has permanently damaged the trim on my Evoque not bothered at all when I mentioned they didn’t know how to clean a car safely? Also he was wearing jeans with a big buckled belt which scratched the sides while cleaning the roof. I’m in the process of getting a solicitor involved I hope they have insurance I’m absolutely disappointed they haven’t a clue & all this cost me £30 discussed!

I took my car down to these guys today and their jet washes are far too powerful, and they have blown the paint off of my bumper. They didn’t report this to me and I found out when I got home! Absolutely fuming! Went back down and they have gone.The phone number is no longer associated with this business so I can’t get hold of anyone.

I have been a regular customer for years , even when it was just £6 for the outside to be washed. They do a terrible job now and even had to drive back to get the under car washed. The inside they barely touched and complained it was to dirty , surely your job is to clean the car and work hard for £25? Stay away from this place as they will charge you a lot for a shoddy job.

The worst place to take your car to kids is working. Paid for a valet but very poor cleaning could have cleaned better at home. Not worth it your money.The old management are gone so please consider again.

Used to really rate this place well. However my most recent experience wasn't up to standards. I am guessing it's under new ownership. Well over 1 hour and twenty minutes for inside and out. Ye it's only 15 quid but back in the day it would have taken sub 30 minutes. Not impressed, especially when I'm waiting and see guys being taken off my car to finish off the cars of customers who arrived after me and are now leaving before me.Not even that clean, tyres remain dirty, and dashboard is dusty.
