Purchased a phone last week & just set it up, battery health @ 82%. Charged the phone fully but within hour - half the battery drained to 40%. Paid 330 for a phone with faulty battery. Don’t do refunds. Apple advised to return as needs battery replacing. So phone use total 24 hours and faulty. Don’t recommend this place at all. Not happy guys! I am entitled within 30 days to get a full refund this was obviously an issue when you sold the phone. You failed to mention this to us. My statutory rights New little addition to consumer rights of secondhand goods.Goods sold and described as GRADE A.

Called in to get a quote for new screen on a Samsung phone, got quoted £80 fitted, walked down to the phone shop in Morrisons and same screen fitted was £45. BIG DIFFERENCE!!! I’ll be telling the guy in person next time a pass his shop don’t appreciate people trying to rip me off!

My iPhone XS Max screen was fully broken and they fixed it in like 30 mins. They also fixed my non working power button for free and they only charged me 75 whereas other shops were saying 90 and the screen works fine I’ve had it for like 2 weeks now and there’s nothing wrong with it. Would highly recommend

Bought a phone s9 samsung. Never gave me a receipt. Battery was dead needed replacing. The finger print scanner was scratched off and not working. I had battery changed and got screen protector. Didnt even fit my screen fully. All the edges exposed. Dodnt realise in a rush. Dropped the phone and its smashed the corner of my screen. Avoid at all cost. Heard plenty of bad reviews from this place.
