I always go into B&M in Pudsey Church Lane, it has always been the place to go for toiletries, garden and home-wears. Always had friendly staff with happy smiling faces and not too much trouble to help if you cant find what you want.However, this is not the case anymore. You are now greeted with a loud mouth fish wife shouting at the customers and staff absolutely horrible experience. This particular member of staff is very intimidating to both customers and staff and has no customer service skills what so ever and needs sacking on the spot.

Me and my brother were simple looking around the store having a browse and this lady approached me and went “are you buying anything” and I replied and said just having a browse and then she said “if your not buying anything can you leave “ and I replied that’s rude and them she repeated her self and went can you leave so I just left because I could be bothered with her arrogant attitude so I left.Ps this lady didn’t have any of the uniform she may of been a staff member that just finished

Stocks a variety of household and everyday products. Very clean and shelving is organised. Aisles are not hazardous like some stores. Staff friendly and approachable
