Never used a storage premises before and was very nervous regarding access, security and price.Found Hamstore on Google search and was the best option for us.From the first contact Jack was very prompt with his responses and very friendly on the phone and via email.Everything was arranged very quickly and Jack gave us a lot of good advice regarding the size required, and asked lots of relevant questions regarding our moving house so we knew how much to store there etc.Everything was set up very quickly to suit our needs and Jack was happy for continued contact throughout our time with them. Very professional and friendly business.The building is well laid out, clean and even has a toilet!Jack even helped me move some of my things as I was on my own.Overall, highly recommended, very reasonably priced for a month’s rental, and they couldn’t be more helpful.Wouldn’t go anywhere else in The Chelmsford/maldon area.Thanks Again for making moving house that little less stressful.All the best,Alun and Emma

This company deserve an award in customer service!! They’re absolutely fantastic. They take the ‘self’ out of self storage, once you pull up they pull out their forklift and do pretty much everything for you. My partner and I were/are astounded by the service and passion these guys have. Highly recommended. We made the best decision going with these guys!

First time user of any storage facility I found Hamstore very friendly, gave me great guidance and advice. They showed me the right sized store for that I needed, smaller and cheaper than I originally thought. Loved dealing with people and not a remote help desk through an intercom. Whilst moving house into South Woodham Ferrers I needed short term storage and found Hamstore and the staff very helpful in every way. From the initial communication to moving our things in today, the whole process was quick and easy. Having never rented storage before we were unsure of what to expect and had loads of questions, but they were answered quickly and nothing seems to be too much trouble for them! Prices are competitive and what's even better is that they are practically on our doorstep! Based on the service received so far, I have no hesitation on recommending Hamstore.
