Took my wife to purchase a new mobility scooter as her previous one had seen better days.The assistance given by the staff was amazing. My wife was given the opportunity to test drive the scooters before making her decision.This wasn't my first visit as have been into Safehands for repairs / spares etc and always the staff are friendly and very accommodating.If you want anything for the less abled person this should be your first stop....and your last because you won't want to go anywhere else believe me!

We ordered the Blenheim dual super king bed which arrived in under 3 weeks . From start to finish from ordering to delivery the service has been outstanding. When the bed arrived I was impressed with its beauty and quality. Having slept two nights in this bed I can honestly say I have slept soundly and comfortable, without waking with the usual backache. I am so pleased we bought this bed its amazing and the Safe Hands staff delivering were very professional and helpful. The two mattresses are 3ft each so there is so much more room that the king size bed we had before and the dual controls are really useful and can be used independently of each other.Looking at how much time we spend in bed this is an excellent investment that I would 100% recommend. Comprehensive range of mobility aids if they don't have it they can get it for you. Love this place. Easily overlooked but worth searching out.

Very helpful no pushy salesman and l was shown how how each scooter worked and how heavy plus how it would fit my car.

They give the best customer service. They will visit your home to do repairs. Their prices were £92 cheaper to other quotes in my area. Cannot fault them

Purchased a mobility scooter from the Birchington branch. Fantastic advice and service from Neil (managing director), Hazel (branch manager) and Neil (workshop manager). After obtaining our requirements, a couple of models were presented as suitable options. Knowledgable and friendly service with no salesman patter or hard sell. Each member of the team contributed their insights to ensure we purchased the most suitable model. Neil, even did a modification to the scooter ensuring it was truly fit for purpose. Great service! My scooter needed a bit of TLC and some lights replaced. It was picked up and done that day. It was picked up and then delivered back to me. Not only did everything work but it had been polished up to s sparkly shine. Well done, Safer Hands - your fabulous!
